If you want a REALLY permissive license, give this: http://sam.zoy.org/wtfpl/ a look. As you’ll see if you read it, it literally says “Do what the f[censored] you want to”. I think that’s about as permissive as you can get. Though, since it lacks a “No warranty” clause, I’m yet to use it for any of my programs.
