Weekly news post. There’s been progress on the ASCIIpOrtal front, I’m up to my third revision of my second major release, and it looks like ASCIIpOrtal will consume the greater portion of my free time for the rest of the week. I’ve also been making video. I made one for Lockernome and, assuming Chris Pirillo likes it, I may do more. I’m trying to fix the audio but I have no idea why it turned out sounding so tinny like that. Is that just movie maker messing with me? Either way, the point is that all my video rants and whatnot that I was planning to do may move over there and Cymon’s Games can end up being all about the games and learning to program.

ASCIIpOrtal has brought so much attention to the site that I feel like I need to reevaluate the site’s focus, or rather the site’s lack of focus at the moment. I’ve known this for a while but haven’t known what to do with it, or for that matter I haven’t been willing to do what needed to be done. Now… I think I have a little bit more of an idea and in the coming weeks I’ll reveal that to you. Thinks won’t change all at once, but changes are in the future.
