Holy smokes, here's a take on the idea I never considered:

2 pieces, 1 you need to get to certian goals, the other you can use to block ways so that you can get to other places. Wow.

stalepie, the source code is there, you've clearly checked it out, sowhy not add your own levels. When you do, why not share your modified source in the <a href="http://cymonsgames.com/forum/index.php?board=6.0" rel="nofollow">forums</a>.

I definitely think there are unexplored opportunities in the maps for this game. Paths that criss-cross each other to inescapable dead ends, non-euclidean labyrinthine paths to the exits, all very portal-like.

This is a really impressive game. I got stuck for a bit on level 11. Level 12 is easier. On 13 now as I type... uh... I think one problem (or one thing I'd change) is make it pause (or beep) right before you win a level because sometimes it switches to the next screen so fast I didn't even realize I was about to hit the E. Great game, though. I like it.

(Oh I see by the source code that there's only one more level after this :)

EDIT: Make that 0 more levels -- the last level is a You Win screen.

Also if you ever add more levels, I suggest giving more paths for the player to try (you were starting to do that around level 8, I think)... so that it's trickier and there's more wrong turns. I'm not sure how many options are left open when the screen is that small, though. It's neat though, it reminds me of Portal, though I haven't played that Valve Software game, just seen videos.

It will work a little better if in main() right before the return 0; you call endwin().

Daggum, every time I type those characters I hear strongbad in my head singing "<a href="http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail89.html" rel="nofollow">Ohhhhhhh If you want it to be possessive, it's just 'I-T-S.' But, if it's supposed to be a contraction then it's 'I-T-apostrophe-S,' scalawag. </a>"

Fun game, but it leaves my terminal in a weird mode when it exits, so I can't see what I'm typing. Also, when I press enter it doesn't make a newline. It's still a great game though, and it isn't that hard to open a new terminal, but it would be nice if it reset the terminal mode.

(Grammar note: "it's" is a contraction of "it" and "is"; the possessive form of "it" is "its". So you said, "sail through space unable to turn or change it is course until it reaches it is destination." I know it's an odd rule, since just about every other word's possessive form is made by appending an apostrophe and an s. I'm sure I'm sounding like some sort of evil grammar freak by now.)
